How we work

How It Works

A clear, honest process for arranging kosher food across Asia. We start by understanding your trip, then we check what is actually possible on the ground before we promise anything.

The Process

A Clear Four-Step Process

1

Contact Us

Send your destination, dates, group size, and kosher requirements by WhatsApp or the contact form.

2

Get a Tailored Plan

We check what is realistic at your destination and come back with clear options, service format, and timings.

3

Confirm the Plan

Once you approve, we finalize logistics and confirm every service detail with clear communication.

4

Travel With It Handled

Your kosher meals and arrangements are delivered as planned, coordinated from one point of contact.

Before We Start

What We Need From You to Begin

The more accurately you describe the trip, the sharper the plan. Five details shape everything we do.

Destination

Where you are going shapes everything: local kosher supply, whether there is a Chabad house nearby, and how much has to be brought in or built from scratch.

Dates

Your travel dates tell us the season and whether the trip overlaps Shabbat or a chag, which changes what has to be arranged and how early.

Number of Travelers

Group size sets the scale of catering, the kitchen setup, and the logistics we plan around, from a couple to a full delegation.

Kashrut Level

The standard you require guides how we source, prepare, and coordinate every meal, so we hold the right level from the first day to the last.

Shabbat, Chag, or Weekday

Shabbat and holidays need the earliest planning and the most coordination. Weekday meals are more flexible, so telling us upfront lets us prioritize correctly.

After You Send Details

We Check What Is Actually Possible

Before we suggest anything, we look at what your destination can genuinely support: the local kosher supply, how close the nearest Chabad house is, whether catering or self-catering makes more sense, and how food would be transported to you.

Then we come back with clear options, and we are honest about the limitations of each one. If a destination cannot support something, we tell you rather than promise it and hope. Clear choices you can trust are worth more than a plan that falls apart on the ground.

Lead Time

How Far Ahead to Plan

More notice means more options. With more lead time we can secure the right suppliers, arrange Shabbat and chagim properly, and build a solution instead of improvising one under pressure.

Peak seasons and chagim need the earliest planning of all - availability is limited and fills up. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible, but the options are narrower and we will be straight with you about what can still be done.

As a rule, reach out as early as you can. If your dates are already close, contact us anyway and we will tell you honestly what is still workable.
